Had a look at the highlights of the previous games. Several points came up.

- How would you rate Rashford within the new system? For me in theory he is a square peg in a round hole. The 4-2-2-2 system better utilizes two number 10s than wide forwards/wingers. Rashford is the typical wide forward who doesn't link up very wekk with the rest of the team. Sancho does, hence him looking better in the system.
- Both Fred and McTominay look way better when restored to a number 8 position as compared to both being used as a dual number 6 pivot. McTominay seems a natural nearer to the opposition box, especially with a number 6 (Matic) covering him.
- The defence needs sorting but Maguire has a squad status of 'undroppable'. Even hangs on to the captaincy. Giving him a game or two off may do him and the team good.
- It is too soon to judge Rangnick, the fixture list is too congested and results are needed ahead of cohesion. I suspect he seems to have eased off integrating his tactics into the style of play and we won't see an adoption util maybe March.

no matter how good rashford is i wont pick him. his mind not on the game anymore. i pick sancho over rashford as he is a better team player.
fred and mctominay lack technical abilities and inconsistent. they are better but wont bring united trophies. liverpool players walks over them all day long.
for Rangnick to implement his tactics successfully he needs more suitable players. with the current team its more of rojak style. I wish united follow real madrid and Chelsea way of football. Both are very strict for underperformed players.

Sancho is doing better in terms of effort.

McT, if he scores a few more for the season will actually overtake Bruno and with 10 goals can be a great asset too.

But Burnley didn’t look like they came for a fight so I don’t think there is much to gain from this match.

I’m still struggling to understand the captain, who was neither here nor there for the goal conceded and whole game didn’t look useful. The full backs did a lot better than him as a defender.

For those who always compared Dalot & AWB at RB. We want someone with defensive ability of AWB and offensive of Dalot. Last match our dreams technically come true. Both Dalot and AWB on the right hand side. And actually it was not bad. LOL
