Redline fully synthetic, but it wont last because ada banyak ester. Apparently the ester will burn and u losses around 1L for 4000km. But it will protect your engine and your engine wont losses power after touge long long also. Cheap engine oil, once hot u will feel your engine losses power. - i got this from an engine builder, dunno true or not.

Meet specs means it will last until last service interval d la in normal conditions. Dont la take it masuk jungle tracking, masuk sungai, racing at track pulak.

but i suggest pay a little more to last the whole 5000KM interval

heck when i use liqui moly, i push the interval to 7000 KM...still no problem

no la, oil specification only based on new oil not used oil

cheap synthetics are cheap for a reason , one of which is, they take a lower viscosity base oil like 20 or 30 and build it up with viscosity modifiers or improvers to make it meet the wanted viscosity

but there modifiers get broken down by shearing forces and the longer it's used the thinner the oil gets , the Golden rule always applies, you get what you pay for

Of course it went throught vigorous testing already to make sure it can last their service life... Takkan la no test and just gv cert? Crazy meh? These certs damn expensive wei, if it is so loose, what is the point and everybody wont even bat an eye on the certs la.

just check and see, the certifications don't guarantee the entire service life of oil, it only says yes at this point of testing the oil meets the required specification

practical wise , also doesn't make sense to test used oil, no one uses second hand oils and since it being changed anyways why test anyways.

check all those extended service life oils are all self claimed, no one will certify it officially

How does the cert work? Do they get checked on their product quality?

Could they have sent a good product for the certification only to sell recycled oil to customers?

I have no idea. I just know its strict and expensive. Maybe got spot checks, audits, visits, sample taking etc.

Actually im willing to partially pay for lab test if someone willing to do it for 10k km in their stock ride. Must be at least 50% city drive. If ktards willing, maybe gather 5 ppl then we split the cost
