How does the cert work? Do they get checked on their product quality?

Could they have sent a good product for the certification only to sell recycled oil to customers?

Just playing devil's advocate here cause I checked the site and it seems dodgy as hell.

Respect TS at least sharing his findings. Funnily enough I was doing research recently and was considering Bold/Mizu. Chose Mizu in the end.
