Wondering if Maxis center CS can help to backup and sync old phone to new?

Because due to limited time i need to use the phone immediately if not i can just do it slowly back home.

Don’t think any Telco offer backup/transfer data for customers.
All data transferring / backups require done by users own self.

no they wouldnt...you will have to do it yourself...anyway transfering old to new iphone is pretty easy and seamless, just activate the phone as usual and put old phone next to it, takes time though depending on how big are the files from old phone..
