The throttle/packet drop will stop at most 1:30 AM and fine until 8 AM(based on yesterday).

So far only Melaka, N.Sembilan, JB and some KUL having issues, for business user that having high QoS or other area, all fine.

better to just use Next DNS and configure yourself the filters..
