I've given up believing in their CS.. always have different versions of facts. They were never briefed on all the facts they need to know when a customer calls in.. semua scripted with generic answers.. and the best part is, each different call to them will provide us with different answers for the same fucking question. Speechless.

Iphone 14s for US market are solely operating on eSIM (no physical SIM). Meaning, what? All Iphone 14 for US market can't use 5G? Bodo la that Clecom fella. laugh.gif

My little bro 14pm got 5g using umobile at bangsar. But me 13pm at setapak no 5g for celcom.

Maybe our e-sim technology is not so advanced ler. Their infrastructure doesn’t match with the e-sim in the iPhone so you either use physical sim or you can leave Celcom. And truth to be told they don’t really care.

I tried to reset my network setting and it works on my ip13pm on Celcom prepaids
Finally getting 5g signal.

After reset network settings also the same only for me. Not getting 5G. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Doesn’t 5G make your battery deplete faster? Moreover the technology is not so matured yet. If 4G is working just fine for you, forget about 5G la.

No problem using eSIM for 5G. It is stated in Celcom's 5G FAQ.
