Yeah that’s a really salient point that bothers some of the buyers from getting the back facing ones. That was also my concern that’s why quickly rush to get the facing park one during priority event.

it’s mainly depends on the civilisation of the residents themselves…don’t think it really depends on location and atasness. Saw some SB owners complaining the rubbish is simply throwed at the lift lobby of the carpark podium…can’t believe my eyes also…atas condo but occupied by not so atas folks (no offence but mainly tenants). There’s some walk up apartments (some only not majority) that are well maintained good example is Courtyard in USJ quite well maintained despite old aged.

These are few more plots of lands in DPC for condo…the largest piece available yet exciting one is Park City Town Centre which is near Plaza Arkadia.

I agree with the statement made by BigMan boss. Developer are mainly focusing on clearing the less ideal (but ok) units.

Good and ideal units are mainly grabbed up during the priority event.

IceMan boss…would be a great opportunity to get one now.

I personally don’t think they will open up that stretch up to Country Height.

There’s some homes for underprivileged communities under the NKVE bridges next to Noöra. The road condition is bad and rather run down.

According to developer, they will open and upgrade that stretch up to entrance for residents of block A. Whether or not to Country Height…remain unknown.
