But I guess developer no choice. That’s the best the could provide to somehow reduce the noice pollution from NKVE highway.

But maybe they could provide something like window like instead of folding glass curtains. (It may not look that aesthetic ).

Yeah. Only 1 bedroom type A comes with 1cp


Others all 2 cp tandem.

I guess some biggest units get front and back parking which both are accessible. (Just like side by side arrangement but they give front and back instead ).

Yeah I think still have some type B1 if not mistaken. Just need to bear with the highway.

But it’s not totally a bad thing as glass curtain is provided so noice could be reduced with the glass curtain closed 24/7.

Don’t need to walk…just take lift come down get your daily necessities and craving fixed.

If without the commercial element at the bottom, Noöra have to walk quite a distance to waterfront for some. I used to walk from Breezeway to Waterfront so the distance is comfortable for me.

Yeah it’s a very pleasure walking experience in DPC that many places couldn’t offer that makes it so exclusive in terms of walking pavement.
