How many Bumi lot remain unsold now? When open to public?

Bumi lot left 20% only, selling quite fast. This project is just too good for the price, location and facilities. Even Bumi units are selling pretty fast. No chance for Bumi quota convert to non bumi

Any chance they will widen the Jalan Kinrara 1 road after complete? Its very congested in the morning during school days 🥱

Wanna ask, my agent just texted me that all non bumi unit has taken up , do I need to do anything for the documents signed earlier with the banker?

I already signed the SPA on July 2022, but until now i still haven't get any update from the lawyer. I already paid for the lawyer fee when they whatsapp me the invoice. I heard that someone already started to repay the loan interest. But i didn't get any notification from anyone, my banker is public bank. Anyone have the same issue?

Really appreciate if someone could share information with me because i kind of getting nervous now as i just checked my debit card is expired not sure if that is the cause. Thanks.
