Sharing of experience may start of with a simple question asked by forummer.
Sometimes it could just start with this simple posting, .exsmple....

Every 5 weeks i get approx 6% return, but due to the usd 25 dollar charge, i will continue to purchase invest to make it round up to USD 200 per 5 weeks.

It has growth so far, and withdraw of money seems no issue.

In your opinion, is this a type of scam or something like bitcoin where indeed it is legal in others country and still continue to grow trend

Experience sharing is ok if those experience shared are not obtained from experience gain that are against any kind of legal act in Malaysia.

Ecstacy pills or drugs is just another simple example of the experience that the users can experience...telling of those good joyful experience openly?

You can see in the beginning someone asks a question & created this thread out of curiosity.
Then haters group up & said its a scam with almost ALL wrong facts/links given just to prove their point.
Supporters then came to clarify that some facts/links given are false & it is NOT true.

Haters then said supporters are promoting, crying & make SC report like as if we have committed a crime.
If they felt that is promoting something illegal, they are free to report to the authority, ..it is their right.

I think there are forummers "telling their experiences" of many years and that they have no issues and are having constantly 7-8% at times more profits every 5 week cycle .....
This "experience telling", ... (hopefully they are true) can be deemed as a form of "promoting" for some people.

Forumers "telling their experiences" because you guys ASK FOR IT. Like I mentioned many times, we are just RESPONDING not casually PROMOTING out of nowhere. There's a difference in the intention & action.
sometimes it was not asked but posted as a simple query/experience sharing and this is dependent on the view of readers to determine iv it was really a query or masquared as in a form of query or simple truth experience sharing.
those that are already inside that are playing of course it is their problem. What about the possibility if some new readers that might be "enticed" by the "wow, so good and no-one is talking bad or having tell of any possible signs of it is a scam in the making" and they joined it?

The problem is, the 'signs of scams' mostly are self-made up by haters & most of the facts aren't true. Which is where we are here to clarify. Even so, clarifying our rights made desperate people like @KANNASAI decide to report us to SC just because we are standing at our point of view.

I believes it is ok if one were to do it on his own with full knowledge of the risk that investing in US Stocks in an Offshore Broker, it's still unregulated in Malaysia, (might be potential SC Alert List). And knows that returns are no constant and passive and do it without aiding or abetting others to join in.
