QUOTE(un.deux.trois @ Oct 11 2021, 12:42 AM) Not many people can do 1 rep if they've never done before. Need to train wan. Let your muscles find its form then it'll be easy.I could hardly do a rep too last time, after a while, when I was doing stronglifts, I can do 6 reps with 20kg plate hanging around my waist. |

Last year I bought a pull up station.
At first cannot even do 1. Good thing about pull up station is that the height of the bar is adjustable. So I adjust the bar lower. Kept trying and practising until I can do pull up and chin up. Chin up is easier as I can use biceps. As I got better, I raise the height of the bar to make it harder. Now can do a few reps. Not very good but at least better than when I started. |

Both also important gua, depends you want to build biceps or your lats.
But many other exercises benefits biceps more, so pull up for me. |

QUOTE(ukauka2020 @ Oct 24 2021, 10:25 PM) QUOTE(Tegeken @ Oct 24 2021, 10:26 PM) There's only one term which is pull up with different grip variations.Overhand grip. You refer as pull up Underhand grip. You refer as chin up. Another one is neutral grip. Use monkey bar where your hand grip is holding parallel bars facing each other. I can do both on the same day. QUOTE(xperiaVuser @ Oct 24 2021, 10:48 PM) I would like to worship you if you can do 36 in a set. My daily of few sets is 36. This post has been edited by New Klang: Oct 25 2021, 12:14 AM |
