Both also important gua, depends you want to build biceps or your lats.
But many other exercises benefits biceps more, so pull up for me.

Kept trying and practising until I can do pull up and chin up.
Chin up is easier as I can use biceps.

Now can do a few reps.
Not very good but at least better than when I started.
