Or is it only me.. Haha

Ya. Mine is 100% better after this update. Now can get it work on 1st try while before this it would take multiple tries, to the point where it was embarrassing to unlock my phone in front of my friends. Lol.

The spam call filter, is it the sama across the board on android or different manufacturers implement them differently. My P6 spam filter is pretty aggressive. I was waiting for a return call from my bank which I didn't get. When i checked, turned out it was blocked as it is identified as spam. And there were a lot of blocked calls that I didn't notice as I rarely check my call history biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

How's your battery life after android 13? Mine was already getting worse for the pass 2/3 weeks. Android 13 don't make it any better. And I noticed the phone is noticeably warm for longer period of time. Sometimes even when in my pocket, not doing anything. These are all pretty recent. I now have to topup my battery before getting off from work. Dont know what app (if any) is the culprit.

Mine is ok .. seems like a bit better.. it get warm sometimes but I think because of bg app
It is easy to kill app now with a14 at the drop-down menu see active app and got option to kill it
*
Ya the active app drop down is quite useful although mine are only mysejahtera (almost never use nowadays) & samsung health. Lol. I have already roll back samsung health to the previous version as the latest update really drains battery like crazy. Battery drain, annoying as it is, can still charge whenever possible. But this continuously warm phone, dont know what to do 😵😵

You all updated to Android 13? How's is it? Saw many people complain about the battery issue.
*
Ya battery is pretty bad after android 13 update. The phone is also always warm even when not being used. And troublesome as it is, I'm considering full wiping it over this weekend as condition hasn't improved even after 1 week.

How do you roll back your Samsung health?
I'm having same battery issue as well.

I just uninstalled current version and reinstalled the previous version using apk 😆😆

My overnight drain is ok. Not much difference. Plugged off at 12am, at 7am lost between 2% to 4%. Mostly on data, at home or outside. But when I start moving around, left for office, can notice the drain & warm. Same routine, different battery consumption. Lol. I'll report back if full wipe improve anything or not.

i think this is because of changing to diff cell tower .. it might get warmer as it swing from one to one ... just my 2 cents though ... btw did u disable 5g and only use 4g as the main ??
*
Ya I only use 4g and disable 5g. The changing of cell tower etc is understandable but it was not an issue before this, so I don't think that's the problem. I use same route all this while 😅.

Come to think of it, I don't know if it's android 13 or the small update that we got about a week or 2 before android 13. I think i start to need to charge my phone before going back from work about 1 week before android 13, so it's possible it started to get worse from the small update early this month.

Its already Sunday and I haven't full wipe my phone yet. Lol. So malas

Lol don't know if I want to try QPR. Volte is really tempting.

Btw my battery and phone temperature is back to normal. I think September update fixed the battery drain issue although I factory reset my phone the day earlier.

First Monday of the month. Usually what time can we expect the update to be released. Most of the time I don't check for update, but this time can't wait to see if volte available and working or not. Haha

Its been there since nov build. Used it for a month now. I would say it works perfectly. I now know i dont snore as much as i did when i was younger.

Does turning this feature on drain battery overnight? Or your phone is plugged to the charger during bed time? I tried snore detection using Samsung galaxy watch and Samsung health on my Pixel and it drains battery quite badly. Enough for me to stop using the feature.

It does drain a little more. My normal drain per night is 3-4%. With snore/cough detection it uses around 7-9%. I dont charge overnight anymore. Im taking care of my battery this year. For the benefit it gave me, i dont mind spending less than 10% battery usage.
*
Thanks. Not as bad as Samsung health snore detection. I might give this a try.

Are the eligible banks/cards for Google wallet will stay this way? Clear divide between apple pay and google wallet eligibility? Those that are tied to apple pay not available for Google wallet, vice versa. Just happen all my cards are eligible for apple play and non for wallet. Lol

Not saved, but i have caller ID and spam filter enabled in settings. it's a verified business number, the phone itself gave a name to the number.
*
If you heard faint ringing, possible it was flip to shhhh.
Spam filter is also possible but from my experience the phone doesn't ring. Just straight decline. Lol. Happened to me when I was waiting for bank to call me for some application. I didn't receive any call and when I checked history the call was identified as spam and was declined.

My regular pixel 6 is always warm since last month. Noticeably warm when in use. And my battery just about lasting office hours unless I rarely use it during the day. Previously I can go out after work, no worry about battery. Now I have to top up my battery if I'm going out after work. Overnight drain is normal, about 4% to 5%. Few months ago I faced something similar and it was because of samsung health, so I uninstall the update. This time I don't know what caused it. I don't really mind charging during the day but the warm during usage is really annoying.

Hi guys. This just happened to my Pixel 6. There's dotted line when I'm using the main camera. One photo it was ok, next photos this line appeared. Is this hardware issue? Any idea how or where can i get this fixed? I always use this phone's camera even though I'm using another phone as my daily driver. This really bummed me out.

maybe  just sw ... try updating the camera or try using gcam to test

1st time having this issue. I replaced the lense the next day. The guy said it can be caused by laser. Sure enough the thing appeared after i snap photo of laser show, directly towards the laser 😅😅. All photos before that are ok

The demo for gemini last night was mostly conversational, drafting notes & adding tasks. I might have missed cause it was quite late but can gemini do other things that assistant does like home automation, home devices control etc. Or they are totally different and we need to have both gemini and assistant?
Btw i saw only pixel 9 and 9 pro xl offered here. I wish they offer all variants

Gemini is the new assistant, so I assume what Assistant can do already supported by Gemini, they market it as Gemini Assistant, Gemini Nano (without sending data to the cloud) , Gemini Live , I think is all part of Assistant now.
*
I see. I always got gemini notifications or pop up in my phone but i just dismissed them. Lol. Worried it will screw up assistant. As it is now even assistant is not as reliable as it used to be. At least for me. Regular pro is quite tempting but seeing it is not offered now, i guess the double storage promo will not be applicable to it.
