In summary, if the attractive pricing of the Pixel 6 and 6 pro is true, it will probably be best to pre-order one early to avoid dissapointment & backorders owing to the current Global chip shortages.

Assuming India don't sapu all the extra sets, Singapore may get official release. But I'm guessing Malaysia will still not get

I don't think the set won't support volte .. it is Telco unlock and should work fine

Just that our Telco has fully implimented it or not

So no high hope that Pixel will be official here...

Problem is not the phone don't support volte, just that our Telco may not want to enable the volte for models not registered in MY. Currently I'm having this issue with unifi mobile, phone confirm support volte, network also support volte but pixel is not within their compatible phone list

ppl here rather line up for hours to buy Iphone / Samsung than buying Google Pixel

Ya. My worry is our local telcos support. I know most devices nowadays are Volte compatible. My Note 8 previously already got Volte with digi but once I changed to Pixel, it's no longer available. A bit worried cause it drops to 3g during call.

next year no more 3G so it will be force to 4G ... but the problem is our telco will enable it or not on so called unsupported phone?

mainly depends on telco to enable or not

my p4xl have volte supported but digi don't allow it

in that case we are left to buy the cheapest pixel available
