Did you check the terms and condition? I think it says to claim the watch, you need to have a valid local shipping address in Germany.
Check the T&C at amazon, enter the promo link and it should be near the bottom.

My recommendation is to buy the screen direct from ifixit because they are recently the official google partner. So it will be genuine part. Then bring it to your favourite repair shop and pay for installation.

Can need to be rooted and use an app to mod some parameter.. done this on yes5g can get 500 on a speedtest
