We have a SUBSCRIBE recommendation on Farm Fresh Berhad with a target price of RM1.53 based on peers average PE of 28.8x and FY23F EPS of 5.3 sen. We like Farm Fresh for its strong market presence in Malaysia’s dairy industry, local and regional expansion plans. The company has a dividend policy of 25%. The target price represents a potential return of 13.3% over the IPO price. |

Too expensive and at such timing...
If this company manufactures more products beside fresh milk & yogurt, can consider, or else market too narrow. This brand milk memang sedap, tapi a bit pricy. Foresee up first day then follow by down trend. ~IMO~ |

Mercury Securities has recommended Farm Fresh Bhd with a target price of RM1.53 based on peers average PE of 28.8x and FY23F EPS of 5.3 sen. It said that it likes Farm Fresh for its strong market presence in Malaysia’s dairy industry, local and regional expansion plans.

based on the breakdown, they're planning to expand overseas which is a good sign.
whether or not that will be successful then is another gamble. |
