FB message them, they quite responsive on FB. Or just walk in to check as some people here find the device just sitting there in the store

Hi, may i know everyone of you got use lens protector to cover your camera lens? or just leave it there?

im using a casing that doesnt cover the case. im afraid if it really drop, will my phone camera crack?

the casing that i am using is quite similar like below

Moft Case + Moft Wallet = very strong (100%)
Apple leather case+ Moft Wallet = so so strength (65-70%)
UAG Pylo Magnet case + Moft Wallet = so so strength (65-70%)

Moft stand and grip (round shape) also same as wallet

Moft Snap case have one issue currently, button hard to press, maybe this is their first case, hopefully next generation will be better....

Hi guys, my friend got 13 pro max from machines. There’s tint and also the top bar is not aligned. Tried reset and restart but nothing works. Is this a ios 15.1.1 bug that can be fixed by downgrade to previous software version update or just refer back to machines?

If refer to machines to get a 1-1 exchange refurbished unit, not new box unit?

Where's the best place to buy from in terms of extra warranty, better deals etc? Online or physical store?

you can get extra protection plan from Switch and Machines, but only given the option to purchase the protection plan right after your purchase, on the spot..it covers accidental damages like crack screens etc... but depends on the damage, might need you to top up minimal $$...

Depends, it's actually not pure Sapphire and it will scratch at level 6 which same as front panel.

If you want get lens protector then might need sacrifice a bit image quality though, I am using hoda one currently.

Other than ringke, ghostek and apple original, any other magsafe compatible cases recommended? Probably under rm150.

I found that battery drop much faster after morning i unplugged from charger. 100% - 90% in less than 1 hour
Then i charge it to 100% again and it will drop to 90% in about 2 hours++
The second charge hold the battery much longer than overnight charge. 🤔🤔🤔.

is it new iPhone? normally new iPhone take a few days to index etc... if not new then something is not right...ios15.1.1?

Use it about 1 month , already notice it quite a few time. Not sure what problem.
