Is it better to pair the Aukey 20W adapter with their cable or is it fine to just use Apple Type C-lightning cable to pair with this?

At least your order was updated with a "In progress" email, mine I just received the order confirmation email only

Ordered went through 12.08am, but during transaction when I was being redirected back to Switch website I encountered 502 bad gateway. However, the order is reflected on my profile despite the iPhone still in my cart after page refresh. Not sure if this caused any problem over at their side or not, my CC has been charged though.

Just managed to get in touch with Switch..
They confirm my order is in first batch and will be same day delivering on the 8th. Rider will contact me on that day. Also double confirmed on the delivery details with them.

Only a few people here ordered from Switch, but I saw some posts already receive call to confirm for pick up d if you go back a few pages.

My experience with my iPad Air (not pre-order) the item always arrived at the ETA, need to consider Malaysia custom speed (you know what I mean) o.o

Is it refurbished or new? My last iPhone was iPhone 5, had some issue with the mute flip, Switch only replace me with a refurbished unit

Sifus, just used the Aukey 20W + their USB-C to lightning cable to charge my iPhone 13 Pro, feeling its quite hot… Is this normal?

Planning to use my iPad air adapter to charge next to see if there is any difference tomorrow.

Edit：it’s only hot from 15 to 75%, afterwards it’s normal

Battery life been amazing so far on i13 Pro coming from a S20+

Samsung quality has dropped so much since the S10 series, my previous one got the white screen of death just after the warranty passed, which is faced by so many users and Samsung never responded. Will never go back to Samsung again until they sort out their quality issue.
