Hi guys, my friend got 13 pro max from machines. There’s tint and also the top bar is not aligned. Tried reset and restart but nothing works. Is this a ios 15.1.1 bug that can be fixed by downgrade to previous software version update or just refer back to machines?

If refer to machines to get a 1-1 exchange refurbished unit, not new box unit?

thanks guys, appreciate the reply, updated to the latest but issue still there. Brought to machines and staff verified is hardware issue, exchange with new box set as still under 7 days of purchase.
