The battery casing not affected under this program so no change, just the AirPods. I think no refurbish unit for AirPods Pro because they are too tiny and might be impossible to repair or the repair cost too high. So I believe they will just get a new replacement for u.

If not under this program, for normal damage case they won't repair also, but will ask u to pay and buy a new replacement either left side or right side via the service centre. Retail store is not selling for left/right side replacement.

So when they return to me, the AirPods placed into the battery case in a box.

Yes you're right. But earbuds should be new one not refurbish as I don't think they got refurbish earbuds.

I received both. I believe the 2nd one will reserve stock with downpayment but until today nobody call me for downpayment even though they assigned an ID for me in the SMS. Sigh.... That ID received on 1st Oct, first day of preorder still no news.

The 1st only. Sienz of waiting d. Every few hours check forums and maxis website also no good news. Putting expectations to december or early next year but still hoping can get earlier. Everytime wanna buy new iphone also like that have to wait few months if missed midnight preorder

I never trust website status, more than often enough the store had stocks when website shows N/A....rather just hunt around at the stores than being disappointed with their inaccurate website updates..

I was in Kuala Terengganu for work. I guess I am lucky to be in a small town, I just walk into the maxis center there. They got stock for 256gb PM Blue and Gold. I think got other models too but I didn’t ask further. I am existing maxis user so I just sign up for contract.

It means that your Mous has already perform its duty and worth the price paid.

I was lucky enough to be in Kuala Terengganu small town so tried my luck there before heading back to KL. I didn’t realize KL short of stock coz in Maxis website it say in store collection many maxis center listed which I assumed got stock hence the listing.
