Anyone preorder in Machines website and opt for Maxis contract and already receive further instructions for next steps?

Actually how to WhatsApp Machines? I tried WhatsApp them but I only get bot reply ask me to choose from their limited selection. End up I can't ask my question as their bot auto reply said don't understand what I said. How to engage to a real human customer service from Machines through WhatsApp?

Since it's just auto reply in WhatsApp, then I send in to their FB Messenger and email them but both no reply also.

Want to ask about MagSafe charger, if we use casing, is it the casing must have the magnet ring only can use MagSafe charger?

If we just use a normal clear and thin casing without the magnet ring, can we still use the MagSafe charger to charge with that casing?

And what is 包膜 coating protection?

Is it a thin layer wrap over the whole phone? So with this wrapping we can just use the phone like naked without casing and won't get scratching right? Yea, of course accidentally drop the phone will still high risk compare to casing protection. But normal use consider still safe from fine line and scratches over time right?

For battery health, as I understand, use original cable and Apple adaptor to charge can keep the best compare to MagSafe charging, even with the Apple branded MagSafe charger?

That's what I need anyone who are expert on this to give opinion.

I'm not like the type that everyday keep checking battery health. But would like to understand the MagSafe charging vs wire charging.

Phone wrapping will affect MagSafe charging or the magnet strength or not if without casing, just wrapping whole phone only?

So in conclusion, wireless charging definitely hurt battery compare to wire charging but MagSafe or Apple might have better control over it via software optimization such as limit the charging rate etc as a protection that’s why we normally won’t get high speed wireless charging as kind of protection to the battery. However it’s still hurt the battery if long term wireless charging such as everyday MagSafe wireless charging at home and everyday use MagSafe power bank or MagSafe car charger when on the move.

In long term, by always normal wire charging we will need to replace battery in 2-3 year time. But if only using MagSafe charging all the time, will be become like 1.5 year like that already need to replace battery? Of course in daily use we won’t notice, but in long term the life span should be shorter quite significant right based on the so called battery charging theory?

Am I correct to understand in this way?

Wow… since launch day. It’s over two year now as iPhone 11 launch day in Malaysia is end of September, the fastest iPhone launch ever in Malaysia I still remember coz I bought it on launch day too. Just one week after first wave countries. Although iPhone 13 also consider very fast already but still it’s 2 weeks after first wave countries.

90% health after two year is impressive!! And wireless charging after two year still 90% health really superb 👍👍👏👏👏

So we can store 10 eSim profiles and we can activate 2 profiles at the same time?

Is that means plus the physical SIM card, we can have 3 lines standby at the same time? 1 physical SIM and 2 eSIM.

We know China and HK set support dual nano SIM and the rest will be 1 nano 1 eSIM.

Which region support dual eSIM? as dual eSIM stated there.

I think Malaysia set support dual SIM (1 physical 1 eSim), not dual eSim.

I think dual eSim means no more nano sim and can only use 2 eSim only.

That's what I ask if anyone know which region come with Dual eSim model?

Is that means I can have the most 2 active line at the same time? Either 1 nano + 1 eSIM. Or 2 eSIM profiles activate at the same time since we can add up to 10 eSIM profiles.

Looking forward for future software update will open up 1 nano + 2 eSIM support. Or even more than 2 eSIM profiles can be activated at the same time.

Although I'm not using so many lines. But it's good to see if this can happen through software update. I believe it can be achieved via software since we can add up to 10 eSIM profiles.

Hopefully the renovation works started already and we will see the first store open together with the new mall grand opening next year. Wish to see a standalone all glass store design here.

How apple do their business we will never know so no need to guess also. But what we know now is… the negotiation to open first apple store is in progress. We are likely to have the first apple store open next year. Let’s hope for the best. I think all of us will be excited if it turn real next year!

Not only Malaysia have AASP, before Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan got their first Apple Store, they have their own local premium reseller also. I believe after apple store open there, those premium reseller still operates their business as well.
