Which 1 consider as big Centre? Can anyone advise?

KLCC maxis Centre is it move from ground floor to inside the mall 3rd floor?
Or now have 1 ground floor and 1 at 3rd floor at KLCC? Long time didn’t go so not sure.only know 3rd floor got 1 new maxis. Not sure ground floor move here or not

My 2 years experience of Maxis eSIM, I tried a few times these two years by scanning the same QR code that I first got this eSIM from Maxis 2 years ago, and it works.

So those who opt for eSIM, can keep the QR code just in case you need it in the future. If the telco restrict the QR for 1 time scan only then no choice have to go back to telco to ask for a new QR.

But for my Maxis scan few times before whenever I do restore or reset my phone, I just scan the same QR whenever it ask me to scan to use eSIM.

Ok. Will try and see when I transfer to new 13PM. Yes previously do multiple time scan on a same device.

So it might be tie with one device only but can multiple time scan on a same device.

Actually Maxis can just just add the eSIM QR feature in Maxis app. Since it can view everything for Maxis account, there shouldn't have any security issue to have the feature build in so it's easier for us to generate the QR in the app when in need. I think this make sense to solve the eSIM issue and every QR generated is just for single use for 1 time scan.

Now everything also go digital, and eSIM itself is in a digital form but still need customer walk in just for eSIM.... Then why is the eSIM exists. Just like an eWallet top up must do it at bank counter.... lol

Any iPhone 13 pro max bumper recommend? Prefer bumper with side protection only without the back cover.

I remember during iPhone 5 era with the similar flat side design got a lot of bumper choices. Now think to have just the side protection only for the iPhone 13 pro max so I have always feel the beauty of the body itself without the back cover.

Yea didn't see anyone talk about this kind of bumper anymore. I believe it's because of not practical as a protection since the iPhone now is heavier compare to iPhone 5 era, especially for pro max model if drop the phone with just bumper only confirm gg due to it's size and weight. That's why nobody want this kind of bumper anymore. haha

If yes, just let it run in the background. It will back to what u see in previous phone after that.

Go Setting there should have a message on top stated xxx GB remaining until restore complete. So just let it complete everything and the app library should back to the categories that you made in your backup.

I have RM300 machines store credit. But I’ve bought all accessories before getting the phone. Anybody need to buy any accessories with my store credit? Machines 1 Utama

I opt for Maxis plan in Machines pre order. So need to pay RM300 deposit upfront. They didn't mentioned this RM300 will not deduct from the balance but it will become as a store credit. So I still have to pay full during pick up, without RM300 deduction.

If they say upfront before I place order still acceptable coz I already know it to decide whether to proceed or not. But according to their website T&C, no such info saying deposit will turn into store credit after successful pre order.

Sigh... if I still haven't buy accessories still can use it to buy accessories. But I have already bought two casing, 2m cable, MagSafe charger... during 10.10 sale. So nothing to buy already. Don't know how to utilise it.

Anyone need to buy something from Machines? Use my store credit.

I read through their T&C on their website before placing order. I select preorder for Maxis as they have separate normal order and Maxis order. Then after input my details, they even have an option for me to tick for the free extended warranty (HSBC, UOB, Standard Chartered credit card instalment). Since it's free and I have the credit card, of course I just ticked and proceed to payment.

I was shocked after order confirmed and the email stated as below:
Thank you for your purchase!
Maxis customer service will contact you within 72 hours.
*When you qualify for Maxis plan, the RM300 will be converted to store credit.

From there only they say RM300 deposit will become store credit... and that's after you paid only will know when receive order confirmed email.

They after further communicate with them, confirmed the RM300 deposit cannot offset the purchase during pick up. Furthermore, they said this is Maxis plan, cannot use credit card offer, so no extra extended warranty.... Then their website give the options to choose during the pre order....

End up what they listed in website (the extra 1 year warranty) cannot fulfilled. And what they never mentioned in T&C will applied after deposit paid (convert to store credit)

I have sent them all these evidence (screenshots) but they are not gonna admit it although I have proof what their mistake in the first place and not my problem at all.

Any comment from you guys over this?

Not to mentioned it's so difficult to communicate with them, no reply and take ages to reply no matter in FB messenger, WhatsApp or email. Those who order from Machines I believe you know how I feel when you try to follow up your order status with them.

According to their store staff, he told me must use the store credit on the same day, for accessories only. I am not sure how true is this staff 's word and it's normal u ask different staff give different answer, but I didn't ask other staff as I can see they are busy to serve customer also.

Thought can use it to offset new Apple Watch series 7, but Apple Watch consider as device not accessories....

Seriously bad shopping experience. Only put a remark stated to convert to store credit in the email after purchase.

Due to this, I haven't pick up the phone yet even it's ready to pick up already.

Any maxis ROI on 1st Oct still haven't shipped or ready for collect?

Doubt apple will do anything as this is not product related but it's about the merchant policy. Consider to highlight to KPDNKK that they will interfere to ask Machines provides their explanation to justify the sale will be more efficient. I think we as a consumer need to fight for our right if the merchant act too extreme and totally unacceptable.

For Switch I think they stated clearly on their preorder page. If they stated upfront is ok, so we can consider accept their rules or not before placing order.

But machines preorder page didn’t mentioned about that and I only found out the remark in the confirmation email after making payment. That make me shocked when order is already confirmed only know.

As they never said preorder with maxis plan cannot get credit card offer like extra 1 year warranty and free voucher, so I thought I can enjoy all these offer that’s why I choose to preorder with them for maxis plan.

If I know there’s no different compare to maxis Centre, then I will just do it at maxis Centre to avoid all these troublesome now. Who doesn’t want free voucher and extra warranty right?
