Based on the feedback here for senheng, not only iPhone 13 but previous years also senheng is not accurate for their promise date and always delay.

But Senheng on Lazada and Shopee should be trustable on their promise ETA as those platform have strict rules to follow for merchant to do shipping or else customer can request cancel and refund if merchant can't fulfil the order. Those cancel and refund rate will affect merchant rating and image on the platform.

But in store order don't trust too much on sales person words as those are empty promise without any commitment. As long as HQ didn't allocate stock for them they will come out with many excuses to delay.

It took me 3 hours to complete restore from iPhone 11 Pro max to 13 pro max, side by side transfer.

And now finally can enjoy it finally.

Can one hand remove iPhone from the MagSafe charger and the mag fit will still remain at its place?

The bottom of the mag fit the black color thing is it glue or double side tape to stick on surface? Or it’s actually not a glue type and can remove it anytime to other place also can?

Like double side tape so it will have glue stain leftover on surface if we remove it? Or it actually won’t left any glue stain?

Can sign up in store. As long as they have stock, tell them u want to buy with maxis contract. Maxis guy in Machines store will assist u to proceed sign up. All machines store got Maxis guy standby there.

I walk in and found they have the variant I want and I just proceed and told them I want to sign up with maxis. And now I am using it under maxis contract device from Machines mid valley.

Same goes to Switch also can sign up maxis on the spot in store. Also got maxis guy standby at Switch store. Can’t preorder. Only if there got ready stock available and the device imei and sn key in to their system and maxis system then they can on the spot do for u.

Sometime device available but imei not reflect on system yet they can’t proceed on the spot but can request to reserve while waiting for them to settle backend system issue. Once ready in system just come back to proceed the sign up process and take the device.

Conclusion, always check device availability first when u visit the store. If available just tell them u want to sign up with Maxis then they will assist u further with that Maxis guy in store.

For maxis users, if maxis Centre no stock for u, look for Machines and Switch to check stock as both of them can be ur “maxis Centre" also. If they have stock in their store then just sign up with maxis contract on the spot.

Under this collaboration, they have a separate payment terminal just for Maxis. If sign up with maxis, they will use this maxis terminal to process ur payment. All payment directly pay to maxis. So can’t enjoy all other bank offer and benefits that offer in store for normal outright purchase. Like some bank offer extra 1 year warranty, if you sign up maxis and pay with that bank card u can’t get free 1 year extra warranty. Because the payment receive by “Maxis” terminal not Machines or Switch terminal. So bank thought u buy from Maxis so no extra benefit for u.

For maxis contract in machines or switch, just imagine you’re signing up in maxis Centre, just pay contract device price and take device only. No other offer same as maxis Centre.
