Do a video and prove to the seller that the graphic card is faulty and request him to send you a new one. He doesn't need the defective card back as it is not economic to repair. Usually they just replace with a new one.
Bought from a computer shop in Taobao. They said needs to send in to check up to confirm first..

correct, they dont have any ppl to repair anyway, they will just dump your spoil unit and give you a new 1, they just need to make sure you dont scam them.
But I don't think it can reach their hands right now with this situation haha

china always ask people to ship back the item to get it fix / replace,
In fact, they know it is almost impossible to send back to china because of customs/ or shipping fees being more expensive than item, oversea buyers usually just give up..
This is how china do businesss.
Super easy for anything that is going out for china / Super hard for anything to get into china.
That is why china is super rich due to the in flow of money into the country
Yah, but shipping foods and clothes seem very easy and fast. No block at all.

If you buy anything from China, treat the item as if there is no warranty. This should exclude items which are expensive and and are liable to need service such as graphic cards and smartphones.
Not expecting for warranty to be honest. Just want to get it fixed is what I want. But who knows malaysia here also macam main wayang kulit/taichi with me, never repair my card
