In fact, they know it is almost impossible to send back to china because of customs/ or shipping fees being more expensive than item, oversea buyers usually just give up..

This is how china do businesss.

Super easy for anything that is going out for china / Super hard for anything to get into china.

That is why china is super rich due to the in flow of money into the country
