Totally agree with you. Why waste a few thousands to wrap car instead of repaint car few years later. After all honda paint is nothing extraordinary compare to, like mazda soecial colour.
Was considering full wrapping which cost 6-10k and warranty is like 7 years only. Considered hybrid ppf which cost half but noting that after removing ppf there will be 2 tone of colour due to UV.

yup, been using 3m crystalline. and for those who wonder i have no issue with phone signal. the staff said only affect smart tag.
so for smart tag user u might need to cut out a hole or open window for smart tag, else just use rfid will do.

they both work hand in hand.

I do wish the stepped/fake shifting can toggled on or off, regardless normal D Or S.

Also to add a like:
The arm rests, super wide that can accommodate BOTH the front passengers, or put tapau/items (of course temporary, if you speed and the food just flings front or rear, that would suck)

Haven't experienced any heavy wind noise. I do have my music blasting so that may have helped.
Or, the fact that this Civic is the most quiet car I've ever personally driven / Co owned, kinda gives off very biased opinions

Anyways, the biggest issue with these new honeycomb grills is the lack of ability to properly fit an Ambi pur. You can force it in but it'll look... Slanted lol.

I am civic fe v variant owner with 4000km on the odometer. Not a fan boy of civic. It's just a tool for me. Nothing for me to hide.

I will update at 10000 km again, if there is any issue. So far found 2 issue with current FE

1)The wind noise above 100km/h is a major flaw. I am still seeing if anyone will deal with it with after market stuff like rubber cover for the gap etc.

2)Parking sensor overreact when FE got close to an active FD or CRV
I don't experience rattling or squeaking sound .
I don't experience steering wheel rack sound.
No right suspension sound as well like raptor2022 mentioned

But this does not mean it will not happen to other civic fe owner tho, considering msia quality of honda.

The ticking rattle sounds like being experienced in North American version also, and they already have a technical bulletin on how to resolve it (not for the owners but service centres of course):

CVT and turbo is just not a good combination
Would take conventional torque converter anytime and suffer 20%  more in fuel consumption

I am a manual transmission enthusiast and yet i still think this CVT implementation is OK

normal la, many upgraded from myvi viva kind of 1liter small car.

10km/l for city driving is alright.

my 2liter cvt city driving is 7-8km/liter.

high way straight 120kmh only can get 12km/liter.
rm100k above car, should not worry about FC though.

ok, let me put it this way, 1.5turbo roadtax is rm90. they save like rm300 compared to 2liter car.

rm300 about 150liter petrol, 10km/liter

so they save about 1500km free, from roadtax alone.

if you travel 15000km a year, you get a 10% extra distance.

edit: i dont trust the reading on the meter though. just count full tank to full tank versus distance travelled should be the more accurate one.
