Not sure how they award the package out either the whole package from earthworks till all the finishes and infra or seperate piling and main building contractor but still seems good if we can get our keys in 2024 instead Q4 2025

Out of curiosity, who signed/did not sign up for the construction by Makeover Guys?

I’ll start.


For me I didn’t sign up. Wanted to pick and choose my own contractor which might be cheaper.

I see. Went to the sales gallery and was told non bumi all fully booked.

So the 700 PSF price is inclusive of furnishing right? How much will the cash rebate be without furnishing?

value of the ID is about RM41k, if didnt take ID package, rebate about RM28k.
