The way he talked about Delta variant and 15 seconds infection as well as airborne is very irresponsible.
Delta is no doubt more contagious compared to the earlier variants but is it really 15 seconds and he saying it airborne like the earlier variants are not airborne is also very misleading. There is always an inconsistency in all the message he's giving out. One day, scare people but on another day says things like 90%+ cases are category 1 and 2. This create a confusing picture for the rakyat to follow. What is the real situation we are facing now? |

What is the real situation we are facing now? people don't understand that it is the confusion that he is causing because of the influential position he is being put into; if he screws up, it will send wrong message to the public. he did not take his role seriously again, if he got nothing good to say, might as well just shut up because by him giving all sorts of variable info, people starts to loose track (again, because people was respecting him thus whatever he says, the general public will follow) people keep blaming baaabaaa and the gang, while they are at wrong, the gang never had influence to the malaysian public; so whatever the gang said, meant and impacted nothing. its just unfortunate that he didn't take his influence and use it right so much blood on his hands. and again, i still do not understand how people keep saying he is hero to zero when he was not even a hero to start off with. he was handed on silver platter the badge to become a hero, not earned. and unfortunately he used the badge wrongly Yveatel liked this post

Lockdown is the key to flatten the curve is still in the minds of most Malaysian and it is very hard to change people's mindset. |

QUOTE(Namelessone1973 @ Aug 3 2021, 10:40 AM) He gain the trust of Malaysian due to the success of MCO 1.0 and become the hero in the eyes of a lot of Malaysian. unfortunately that is all he did (lockdown - which every other country was doing it at that point) and that's is all that malaysia has seen to work, which is the biggest problem. That is why his words still carry weights with a lot of Malaysian. Lockdown is the key to flatten the curve is still in the minds of most Malaysian and it is very hard to change people's mindset. the little time malaysia had during success was used to flex and publish books, whereas other countries were already preparing for second wave and how to tackle them. he could have had strategies to prevent the second wave from happening but obviously it didn't happen because was too overjoyed with success too soon. again, buttlickers may say he actually have plan b c d e f and so on to prevent anything from happening just that being silenced to execute, but the fact that we are in such dire situation right now doesn't show that anything right was being done. and let's not forget he did in fact admitted too that he is only a messenger when things go wrong (why didn't he admitted that when he was given award). this is the leader who is being elected to represent the public and trust given to safeguard public health and this is what the public gets |

QUOTE(doppatroll @ Aug 3 2021, 07:49 AM) Problem is many cases are from factory but it goes unreported because boss wants the business to run instead of close for 2 week Weak SOP. And enforcement. It's one thing cases are hidden, but so many kilang cases are known but still operate. Earlier SOP just after MCO1, was if a workplace get covid case, shutdown for sanitising and ALL staff go for Test and self quarantine 2 weeks...or at least until second test is clear. Now kilang macam macam kena, but still open. Then these people walk around spread everywhere. Yveatel liked this post
