But recently a few members here reported unable to use PBQM on zcity app. But PBVS can.

what i think is eligible too but then yesterday i called pbb cs to confirm with me they said z city look like e wallet suppose not eligible, i ask them whether can confirm with the merchant code because i just make transaction but then they said sorry cannot, ask me wait next statement to confirm whether entitle or not, you try before?

i haven't tried before.
my PBQM always fully utilized cashback at another purchase, so no chance to use at zcity yet.

if u call the CS, they say already fix the issue.

i said only PBB Mastercard is fixed, Islamic is not fixed.

Then they say they will lodge feedback again to IT team to check on islamic card.

i scared when people mention pbb card, they only fix the issue with quantum master, but ignore pbi platinum mastercard.

If I don't have memory leak, it happened once like this before and blank all the way until tomorrow. Observe if they refresh beyond 6pm. Last I noticed is if nothing after 6pm, then no more.
