anyone use pbb quantum master card for z city transaction before? is it entitle for online cash rebate 5%?

what i think is eligible too but then yesterday i called pbb cs to confirm with me they said z city look like e wallet suppose not eligible, i ask them whether can confirm with the merchant code because i just make transaction but then they said sorry cannot, ask me wait next statement to confirm whether entitle or not, you try before?
