Plot twist - 5G is already available in 2014. Back then, mobile data plans are so, so tiny when compared to the current offerings. As a person who stream 720p/1080p regularly (forced to use 360/480p to save data) back then, I found the data to be finished up really quickly. I mainly rely on 4Mbps Streamyx back then but upload speed is so a big pain that I have to use mobile data to upload sometimes. If this is Hotlinkmu 10 or more years ago this might be acceptable, but certainly overpriced today when you can get 1GB of data for RM2 to be used for a year. |

 Anyone who get this message with their Hotlink Pantas SIM with their 5G currently enabled? In my case my 5G pass is active until 30 June and I can only test it afterwards. |

 Looks like Maxis is rolling out 5G to their legacy prepaid customers in batches so that no additional 5G passes (RM0) is needed in the future. My second number with Hotlink just get this message too. This post has been edited by shaun_kok: Jun 21 2024, 01:57 PM |
