Dunno y when try reg the sim card,Maxis Face ID hang on Hp after says need Cam permission whch cant be selected

New SIM is not opened "yet" as of today.... next week perhaps...?

Question, if from existing Hotlink prepaid upgrade to the H365, will existing credit leftovers be carried over or will burn off?

Hi all, Im staying in 1 district in kelantan… plan to order online this new 365 prepaid. I cannot make an order. The system stated ; Looks like you can’t proceed further. For assistance call 123 or 1-800-82-1123…
Anyone facing this problem?

Carried over. Just did over the weekend. $5 charge for the upgrade.

hotlink app > setting >rate plan > upgrade > hotlink 365

pay and will charge rm5 from your credit cool2.gif

Facing this problem too, called and the cs person said she'll forward
this to the technical team but no guarantee when it'll be rectified.
Tried few days later, same problem again.

Did via hotlink app. Go to settings -> rate plan -> upgrade.

i think credit share wont extend ur validity.
im on hotlink fast 3.0, always share some credit to my wife's number. it wont extend the validity because its credit share, not a topup.
i think what u should u instead is, share at least rm30, then buy 365 day sim validity. so u no need to topup for 1 year.

Yes, still can credit share,
Rm5 for 3 days, but not gonna extend your current valid date, unless u are share credit at your last day before expired
