RM 3120. izit worth it?? or Acer Nitro 5?

Hi sifus, looking for laptop recommendation.

Budget: Around 3k
Usage: Reading, Watching videos, and very light single player games (no need fancy specs, can run the game game dy), Work.
Screen size: 14 - 15 inch.
Requirements:
- IPS and sturdy build, don't want models with tons of well-known problems that will need to keep repairing. Appearance is not an issue.
- Don't want Lenovo or any laptop with shrill pitch fan sounds.
- Can run external 4k monitor
- 8GB ram minimum. Can add-on storage later.
- Heavy or light laptop also can. No spin, no swivel, no touch screen, no pwm flickering.
Wait time: Up to 1 month or so?
Is it better to build a PC or are laptop prices these days more reasonable?

Also, how much was Acer Nitro 5 AN515-45-R7ND during Lazada promo? I think Lazada had a RM10 off every RM100 promo past few days? Should I wait till next sitewide promo or do shops actually give better discount?

Is this even possible? RAM and SSD can be basic, will upgrade myself. I browse the web see 3060 going for less than 5k a year or two ago, now all 5k+++ 😓, regret not buy. I bought Asus OLED Vivobook pro 16X which pretty much match my requirements, but that laptop had serious OLED ink mark issue and i had to claim warranty for it. Also i find that it build quality not so good (feels like plastic), so decided to give it to my wife, and I buy another one. Pls recommend

hi, i'm a teacher and looking for a laptop for daily use. i had a HP Pavillion and i banged it a few times and its breaking apart now.

budget: 2-4k
usage: powerpoint, word, Youtube, educational website with animation/games. lots of plugging in projector as well.
preference: fast response, battery life, i bring it around different classrooms all the time so lots of opening and closing, need to be durable.  would be nice to have 2-in-1 but not sure does it sacrifice the durability.
