Tok cock only. Called Proton-I-don't-really-care to let them know my complains for 1st service 3 days before i go to SC and they promised will inform SC and follow up closely yadda yadda. When come to SC, SC say no such thing received from HQ(this is a big branch, not dealer), then SC advisor continue to give me grandma story about using semi-synth oil/full synth oil will cause my engine to have noise and void warranty yadda yadda.

E-mailed to Proton-I-don't-know-what-u-talking-about regarding their expert SC advisor and no reply yet from them.

Hmm, these SC always come with alot of problems. Honestly i dont really bother with warranties these days. Its easily voided and sometimes these SC will give alot of reason just to not giving u warranty. I only go for warranty if there a major part change which may make my car immobile. Other than that, i stick with aftermarket.

But the problem is, if u don't go to them for service and with no authorized SC dealer service record, they can NOT entertain your problem. Also depends on car lor. Since mine is a Savvy, aftermarket products is very few, so hafta go back to them for service in case of (touch wood and kayu), major problems.

yeap i know..dats wat i intend to do...change to 15 and lowered soon...the car seems a bit high...esp the back side...

already went to klang to check out some rims...considering to put a silver or white since my car is white...15 inch range around 700-900...yeap...

regarding warranty i have no freaking idea....maybe change spring will void..but i dont think changing to a same size rim will make it void?...will it?...

They can always say ur installer installed the rim wrongly, causing disparity to the disc brake parity which in turn causes misalignment to the drive shaft and thus causing gear timing to be out, overheating the gearbox and then further overloading the engine and thus your car exploded.

dat bad ka they can void the warranty?...crap lor...then 5 years warranty for wat...eh just wana ask...is the servicing free?...changing of the engine oil..gear oil...so and so?...free is it for 5 years?...

Fully agree i call them to ask about y my car booking so late. they said 3 day to reply me but i wait 1 week also no reply. I book HL at softlaunch still waiting car. i saw 1 HL blueberrytea WQKxxxx at The Curse showroom just now . Didnt take pic coz hp cam spoil..... I asked the salesman 5yr warranty inclusive of which part. He told me is engine n gear box onli and not inclusive wear n tear parts.....

semi-synth oil/full synthoil ler. high-grade most expensive engine oil ler. then wat oil to use. cooking oil? or campro engine not qualify to use high grade oil. if i am not mistaken campro engine serive interval is 10k ler. normal engine oil for 5k onli.

clever wake up liao. consumerable part no warranty de la. if warranty bankrupt lo.

Well i felt its more realistic for warranties for the engine, gearbox, power window and etc as those parts are very expensive to replace. If they include wear n tear parts (air filter, spark plugs), of coz its not realistic as this will bankrupt the company even faster.

but as i said previously...also depends on when u book lor...i book mine on 24th of august...i expect to get by end of this month...latest i would accept by mid october which is Raya time...if i takes later than dat....

Say TAK NAK to proton, despite regular maintenance my stupid wira is acting up again.... Such a junk...ahhhh so frustrated

well, my grandpa's wira serviced every 5k at proton SC....well, me and him dun mind to pay about rm 80 to rm120 every 5k service...until now the millage already 95k(2003's wira)......and FYI, that wira of ours still yet to have power window problems and etc, except minor2 problems of coz but now all solved..so u want to say our wira is junk?
