QUOTE(zero5177 @ Jul 14 2021, 02:49 PM) Get those from Ikea with 6 stars Teflon coating, they are pretty good and durable. thanks for the recommendationIf you want healthy option, cast iron and season the pan frequently. Any specific coating that you felt is harmful were marketed as healthy, the same goes to ceramic type. checked the price and seems quite reasonable if compare with tefal. their high end is equal to tefal low end. will get 1 to try first |

QUOTE(pretty23 @ Jul 14 2021, 02:51 PM) got people not believe that is different so at the end sure gg. i think you should judge by the range and not the country of origin. yes they may produce those low end types in china and high end in france, but still the differences is due to the range and price.cannot be paying rm60 and expect to have same performance as rm200 |

Those ceramic, granite or teflon coated are not meant for high heat frying
use for pan fried at best only. You guys better be careful. |

QUOTE(zack1919 @ Jul 14 2021, 02:54 PM) cast iron pan not coated Oven is just the easy way. You can season the pan fine just using the burner. Get it to smoking hot, coat in oil and wipe clean.but quite messy to jaga ps: you need a big ass oven that could fit your entire pan inside to jaga it (aka season it) |
