If you bought Tefal teflon or ceramic pan, use only wooden/plastic spatula. To wash it soak with water 1st and pavoid steel wool or hybrid sponge.
Zebra stanless steel so far is the best for me. and ori kuali cap buaya

Buy any cheap no stick pan. Pour oil like you always do for deep frying. Let the oil in the pan for days, and then remove the oil without washing using soap.

Tadaaa. You get a seasoned pan like those expensive ones.

Just got this last week. So far so good, so easy to clean until can just use kitchen towel to wipe. But it's 26cm

Another good brand to consider is Carote, they have 28cm

I think the most important thing with non-stick pans no matter the brand is you have to jaga them (no harsh abrasive cleaners) and coat them properly before you start using so that they can last.

steel wok is the best lah.
if it releases substance, that is iron and your body can absorb.
learn how to season it using potato skin and salt.

If your food sticks, that shows that you don't know how to cook yet.

Get your iron/steel pan up the right heat and wait for the leidenfrost effect to happen.
