Hope if got high risk security risk, they will release the update faster.
Else our phones will be vulnerable till the next cycle  confused.gif

Unless you vvip/vip or business people then I dont think need to care about the 'vulnerability'

Try connect to monitor because i remember note 10 got dex see got any output in the monitor?
*
Ya dex mode works
But is there any shop that can help fix the display cable instead of changing the whole display?
The panel still works.. changing the whole display is unnecessary and too costly

Most people kena because lack of security awareness.
1. A lot of people use the same password for shopping apps and banking apps and then what will happen? News a lot of mention even in /k
2. A lot of people also install apps (that take your personal data in the form of payment page, etc) from unknown sources, increasing the risk of being 'hacked' because users have entered their information into the 'app'

If people have more awareness, sure will be using different password with different combination sure wont kena hack easily unless you lost your phone... then that's a different story

Agree. Common sense prevails.

But now are the fishing apps that disguise as legal apps in appstore. Hibernate long time only start to attack

Android shouldn't allow any app to ask for SMS read permission at all in the first place.
Some cases users allowed and TAC kena read.
Sadly many still don't have awareness.

Even install unknown APK should be only given to developer mode.
Or even better with verified tester only.

Unknown APK should be given a sandbox to play

In Xiaomi system is doing just that. Can keep all the risky app in separate sandbox to play

Looks like note 10+ no more monthly updates. Still at 1 August 2022. Been 3 years model only. I was hoping for at least 5 years of monthly updates from Samsung.

Hi to members still using note 10?10+.

Mine purchased during pre-order back in 2019 but today the back cover plate popped open exposing the innards. I guess must be the glue not sticky any more.

Anyone encounter this before and able to self resolve without sending to Samsung service center?
