QUOTE(EmoGuy91 @ Aug 3 2021, 11:12 PM) Sinovac also unpopular among Malaysian who study or work overseas unless it's China and Taiwan. North America/Europe/Australia/New Zealand doesn't regonise Sinovac so they may face difficulty or inconvenience to enter the country. No need look so far, Singapore not recognize sinovac, Thailand protest against sinovac and more... RalphRatedR liked this post

QUOTE(thor74 @ Aug 3 2021, 10:46 PM) In my case when I did not take the vaccine they offered at PPV SACC (Sinovac) with an excuse the facility was too far from my home, i was red flagged. It took them 2 days to delete the flag. Thanks for te info, I did mentioned my preference, hope to get some good news. A friend of mine rejected due to ppv was far away till now 2 weeks already no new date yet. When you reject Sinovac at the vaccination center, they will ask your vaccine preference and by right, they will assign another PPV for you .. within few days. |

Didn't know they will ask for vac preference if u reject, the consultation doc just ask me wait for next appointment. Luckily I saw the Vision Diagnostic post on time to apply. rajlesta00 liked this post

If you are a frequent traveller to the white countries, you may need to show them the proof of your past travel documents. The staff will accommodate with that. The problem is that many is rejecting Sinovac because of the cultural believe that it has lower efficacy, or being a ‘cheap’ or ‘commoner’ vaccine; while Pfizer is worshipped as the high class vaccine. In the end, you cannot or you are not encourage to chose the type of vaccine. If you really has a strong reason, please bring along all the necessary proof to the PPV. It is not a wise decision to inoculate all citizen with only one type of vaccine. If the vaccine fails, all are affected. At least, a variety of vaccine may ensure part of the citizen is ‘surviving’ shall any misfortune happened. We should look at the bigger picture for the entire nation. |

Really don't get why they just allow you to pick a vaccine at this point. Wouldn't it just save a lot of time and hassle of everyone instead of having to travel there and rejecting the vaccine? RalphRatedR, ye0073, and 1 other liked this post

If you really care bout your own safety, just get whatever vaccine that is available unless you want to take the risk of getting infected. Klang valley more or less has completed the vaccination program and they will be focusing on other states.so fat chance of getting the vaccine of your choice. RalphRatedR liked this post
