Go to nVidia driver download website and see if you can find driver update for those graphic cards i've listed above.
The last nVidia driver updates for those graphic cards i've listed above is Forceware 169.25 which were released December 20, 2007.

And look at the date now, it's 5th March 2008.

The latest Forceware release is only made for GeForce 9800GX2, 9800GTX, 9600GT, 8300, 8200, 8100.
Try downloading them and install them on your system that uses either one of this card below and see if you can pass the installation.
8800GTS 320MB, 8800GTS 640MB, 8800GTX, 8800Ultra, 8800GT, 8800GTS 512MB, 8600GTS, 8600GT, 8500GT & 8400GS.

so..which the latest 8 series driver?especially for 8800gt?
i see some ppl show benchmark wif 174.74 driver with their 8800gt..but me even can't install it

They are using the 174.74 BETA driver, not the WHQL driver.
There's two version of Forceware 174.74. It's Forceware 174.74 WHQL [Official release] & Forceware 174.74 BETA [Tester, still under experiment].

I know why they removed the support of 8800GTS 320MB, 8800GTS 640MB, 8800GTX, 8800Ultra, 8800GT, 8800GTS 512MB, 8600GTS, 8600GT, 8500GT & 8400GS in Forceware 174.74 WHQL. Obviously they do that because they want to push the market for 9XXX series.

7950GX2 is not real dual core.
7950GX2 is 2 units of 7950 connected together.

What i meant by real dual core is like the Intel Core2Duo processor or AMD Athlon X2 which is two cores in one processor.

7950GX2 is two card connected together and it use only one PCI-E X16 slot.
9800GX2 & HD3870X2 is two processor in one card.

Unlike HD3870X2 which really put 2 gpus in 1 card.

Yes, you are right. The 9800GX2 is almost the same as the 7950GX2 but instead of needing 2 HSF, Nvidia basically stack 2 cards to use only 1 HSF. So, its still basically 2 cards with 2 GPUs.
