If possible, dig around for info on each company's current financial situation and potential for growth/decline. In these uncertain times, I'd say job stability is quite important. cringe liked this post

I travel further than that for my daily commute before covid, just go for C if you don't mind looking for good shortcuts & time that doesn't involve traffic jams

Don't just look at the gross monthly salary increase but the other things like EPF deduction to know your actual compensation. Chances are A and B might be quite stingy with your EPF deductions. For me, I'd take C. 35 km away is no big deal if they are compensating your toll or fuel. For me work life balance more important anyway.
