some people believe in ghost because they can't explain it, but they know magic trick is not real even though can't explain it.

Even scientists under a controlled environment can be fooled by sleight of hand. The human brain is very malleable. This is why malay will only see malay ghosts and chinese only see chinese ghosts etc.. Scam artist/con man/psychics know this too.

Anyone experience sleep paralysis? I used to get it all the time, it was pure terror that I have never experienced before! You get crazy visions, loud auditory hallucinations and full body and speech paralysis. I was 100% convinced it is evil spirit but thank goodness for internet 1515. Then I learn what it really is and how to counter it (do some pushups/excercise to relax muscles). Now imagine if I went to the bomoh about my sleep paralysis and he tell me it's because of evil spirit, I would have believed him no question asked.
