the right or left better eh?

Practically left is do each 1 set then repeat like a circuit? with minimal rest inbetween workout and a 3-5min rest inbetween set

Right is Finish 1 workout all 3 set, then only move to another workout.

Depends on your goal. Left for hiit low rest time low weight (shit for strength and hypertrophy but good for overall cardio ajd fitness) and right for heavier weight higher rest time (the other way round)


Since im a strength and hypertrophy tard, right. Ill just jog for cardio and fitness

Trying to lower my body fat to 18-20%
Currently estimate 25%

Alright, think I'll try right soon.
Currently I rest around 1min or less in-between workout, and around 3-5min between set.
Entire workout took around 60-70min

This is done in kitchen aka make your eating right. You can't outtrain a bad diet.
Eating aka diet is another big topic.
