Depends on your goal. Left for hiit low rest time low weight (shit for strength and hypertrophy but good for overall cardio ajd fitness) and right for heavier weight higher rest time (the other way round)
Since im a strength and hypertrophy tard, right. Ill just jog for cardio and fitness
