no problem on my end-Johor. IPv6 Enabled.
So cloudflare and fast.com speedtest is using ipv6.
TM speedtest is IPv4.

So its sabah end again? Ffs

Try reboot router to change a unifi ip prefix block?
And try speedtest.net to West Malaysia server(umobile KL and Digital Nasional Berhad) and East Malaysia server (Celcom Axiata Kuching and Celcom Axiata Kota Kinabalu) and Singapore server(prefer i3D.net) to see any abnormal to southeast asia server network.
If to east malaysia server normal but others not stable,then that might be some issue on TM or submarine cable between West and East malaysia.

Its weird only tousing apeedtest also normal to kl tower.
But the rest on speed test outbound to johor straight drop to 10 or even 6mbps.

Only ookla giving 100mbps to kl and within sabah, the rest no matter what test all break to 6mbps. Even reply here also kinda long loading, seems like sabah to kl port had problem

i also a 8 pm sundenly internet become slow , cant watch twitch now.... at 160p also keep buffering

Ya got problem, can't login to GTA Online..... all webpages load very slowly.

To viewquest, anywhere outside kl only 0.8mbps to 2mbps but upload at 40.

Mine start at 3pm and now 8pm from 6drop to as low as 0.8
Sabah to sabah cap at 100

Even lowyat page also loading siput now from sabah.

Also experiencing packet loss approx 20-30%

no wonder was playing honkai then why i feel my character dead so fast than want to do abyss also keep loading. also yahoo mail slow loading.

Unifi users are not alone. I'm in Sarawak also experiencing same problem from Unifi and Maxis fiber connection. Suddenly very slow like 56k era.

Sarawak unifi here as well. Twitch in 480p buffering fckkkk. Come on it's a Friday night.

Sabah here, yes I'm lagging in online game when 8pm until now. Tonight no game, even though I watch movie in FB also keep buffering, UNIFI GG!!!
