27 year old with knee pain, when bent in one position for too long

hello all! ever since mco started during 2020, i've picked up more on exercising such as doing normal jumping jack at home, spend more time on the treadmill, playing tennis at home and weekly 2-3 times of golf. i'm 180CM and during this exercise period i've lose my weight from 84kg to 73kg as of now.
Just 3 months ago i started to feel pain on the back of my knee. i cant squat down fully without feeling pain when i stand up and extent it. tried having some supplements and can say that its no longer than painful anymore buy i still feel the discomfort. whenever i do a jump or do a squat, the discomfort is there.
can i get some advice on what doctors i should be looking at? is it physio or etc etc?

DO NOT exercise more than your body can take. Do you stand for long hour? Go to see doctor, it's not something usual at your age.

Overuse of knee due to tight muscle or wrong use of muscle.
IF you still doing those exercise then u may prolong or make it worse by tearing it. Jogging and golf okay but jumping jack and tennis very stressful to knee.
Do more calf, glutes and hamstring stretching. Do proper warmup before exercise.

Is a orthopedic doctor what i need to see? It could be the built up stress on your knee from the running - possibly due to bad posture. Or the jumping jacks. Yeah Orthopedic is a good choice. Give it a shot and see what the doctor says.

Sounds like just pain due to recent change in lifestyle, ie. increase in activity volume.
Definitely go and see a physiotherapist. They can advise what can be done to improve your situation. They can also assess to see if there is any condition that requires medical attention.

I am also having knee pain since 20s, but that's because I fell down before and never took care of the injury and since then it has haunted me. For me, i avoided any sports that would create major impact on my knees, especially like Jogging, or jumping jacks, anything that i know will create a lot of impact on my knees.
I focus only on swimming, fast walking if i cannot swim. Thinking to get into cycling apparently it's good for the knees! and I started taking glucosamine supplement, which really helps to elevate the pain.

Though it was swollen for weeks i remember after i fell down and when i went to see doctor only he asked why did i wait until so late? But after that it always has issues near the joints. most knee pain is due to quads muscles over tighten. try to release/massage the lateral side of knee see

A knee guard can at least help in some way with dealing with the pain in the mean time. Otherwise, warm ups before any excercise can help a little too
