Overuse of knee due to tight muscle or wrong use of muscle.
IF you still doing those exercise then u may prolong or make it worse by tearing it. Jogging and golf okay but jumping jack and tennis very stressful to knee.
Do more calf, glutes and hamstring stretching. Do proper warmup before exercise.
