Download the picture. Open it up with Picture preview or something and zoom in. It is abnormal because the leg is broken! A normal chin leg should not be red at least. They are not picking up my calls either. SICK!

Mega, will it be easy for you to travel to that shop? you can just suggest them to bring the chin to vet for treatment or tell them with that leg broken , they will lose and no buyer will buy either.

Unfortunately I can only go during the weekends since I am busy on weekdays. Will try to keep calling. They denied that it is their chin. Even if it is not their chin they should still take care of it instead of leaving it to die.

Where is the rest of you been? Missing in action.

how is the expenses to have a chin monthly? (excluded cage and chin)

Can be as low as RM8 a month to RM100 a month(if you have your chin in air condition room)

wow, missing for more than a month liao, a lot to read so I can catch up a bit.

my rabbit pass away liao, still can't make it... was busy sending her in and out the hospital. She got a swollen eye coz by a type of bacteria. Went for an operation to remove the eye and she past away after the surgery ended. Doctor said there is a complication due to bacteria spreading all over her body. "Dun really understand wat the doctor said, but I know I lost 1 of my lovely pet" Tell u more when we meet up.

I want to post a photo of my latest chin baby, an extream mosaic

not only losing my bunny, lost my job too, teelim oso (the next day after my bunny past away)... long story ><

my chins are all well ^^ Ermmm, but I notice that after putting them in the A/C room, they dun really recognise me loh and hardly see them sleep liao. The smell oso quite strong, as such I need to open the door for at least 10-15min a day for air ventilation. Sad to say that I chin din grow bigger even I have put them in A/C room... hahaha I really hope my chin can grow bigger as u know they are really very small size.

As u know my chin is a good escape artist and I alwaz din lock the cage properly (I need to change this bad habit liao) . At least they won;t have serious heat stroke anymore (if got oso minor one).

Chinchillas: since I so "cham" now (jobless and bunny past away) are you going to give me 80% discount for a "Supa Good Quality White or Mosaic Chin" ar??!!

As you have known, chinchilla's size is very depend on the genatic it self, and no doubt enviroment will definately contribute to the factor. You wait a bit longer la, just got them into AC room, where got that fast to see result, maybe wait for 6 months or so.

Your chin room smell? O.. I think bcos you didnt use bedding. And if you use some bedding /good bedding, the bedding will bind the odor of the chins urine smell. It will only produce little bit smell with your 2 chins only la.

Tot of getting a small radio in my chin room, neh the cheap pa lak radio using battery one neh, so they won't be so sensative to outside sound. Used fan but fur blow until the whole room like snowing like that This type of radio very hard to find lah, pasar malam pun tak jual oledi. Anyone got any idea where I can buy this type of radio?

Fan still the best choise. Rodent will be very sensitive to sound, is normal, is their nature, not to worry.

You are right, chins should stay in a quiet place, but the thing is that room is tooooooo quiet and dark, so my chin are supa dupa sensative to sound. As such, I notice that they are very scared when someone entered the room or there are some noise outside the room. So I tot of putting a small radio (low volume) in the room, so there are more accustomed to noise.
