I have a Wireless Modem, but the PC don't have wireless adapter.
Since KS20 can connect to the wireless modem, can the PC connect to KS20 and then surft the net? if yes, how?

example as below:

PC (don't have Wireless Adapter) connect KS20 connect Wireless Modem (streamyx)

Question 2
Possible to use the KS20 map to a share folder from a PC?

how much is this phone now? tempted to get 1 as it is very lightweight

i wish to know that does anyone tried to install Samsung Omnia's Today Plugin and able to use Samsung Widget which can be selected under TODAY>Items?
I installed it but only got Samsung Today 1 and Samsung Today 2,can't find that Samsung Widget..thanks in advance

its a great device for me eventhough no hard-reset button~~~

if i use the wifi to online and after few minutes (3-5), the phone become hot. At the end, it will easily hang and need to be soft reset
Is it normal to this device?

this phone make me so difficult to reply sms especially when i am driving, tot PCM keyboard will help.
anyway, besides PCM keyboard, is there any bigger size keyboard that can be install to KS20?

WM 6.0 can only support micro SD up to 2G. You need to hack to get the phone to read micro SDHC. I am using a 8G Sandisk in my phone. See post #520 for the hack.

no la, ever since i got this KS20, i seldom sms while driving liao.

KS20 is my first PDA phone, i really worry whether the heat is normal or something wrong with my unit. YOu have the same problem????

I've been a KS20 user since 3 weeks ago and I am loving it very much. The more I use it, the more I like it. (tho it hanged a few times) Anyhow, I have installed the following programs:

1) Opera Mobile (Beta copy, free ma...)
2) Yahoo Go!
3) PocketCM Keyboard

Any cool software that I can install? Anything I can install to make the user interface to be more like TOUCH screen, ie. iPhone alone? Hehehe...

PocketCM Contacts 0.23 and FTouchFlo v1.4 and v1.4.1 would be a good start. Both are stylus-less applications.

In installed FTouchFlo in my PDA but after running it, I lost the PDA - Click sound and on all the options, nothing changed. It still remains as the original WM6 desktop. ANy configureation needed?

Did you soft reset?
FTouchFlo is a finger scrolling program making it unnecessary to use stylus on the scroll bar. Quite similar to iphone. You need to run program or put it at Startup Menu. You can configure it to execute instructions, eg openning progams, with various finger strocks.
You should get back the "click" from Start>Settings>Personal>Sounds&Notifications or from the left edge hard button.
My previous posts indicate the programs I am using for my Today Screen.

Well, I did soft-reset as well as tried the hardkeys on the left and ticking and un-ticking the TAP sound on the Notification setting. The tap sound is still not there and my PDA desktop is still like the stock one. :S Is it the WM6 professional issue?

By the way, have you tried iPhone Theme for WM6? Does it really work? I'm worry it'll hang my phone and I need to HARD RESET it. And also worry I can't uninstall it.

When executed FTouchflo runs in the background. Your screen will remain unchanged. Open one of your Word file and try to scroll with your finger. It should work if you installed and configured the program correctly.

No, I have not tried iphone theme. Your KS20 should not hang that easily. When it hangs it is most probably caused by too many programs running at the same time. When you close a program, WM6.0 does not close it, it only minimize it and is still active. There are several freeware programs available to actually close the program. To actually stop programs, at KS20 default, Start>Settings>Memory>Running Programs>Stop All.

I don't have click problem with my unit.

Ahh.. okay, I get it now. When I run FTouchFlo, nothing will change, eh? I was expecting a desktop change. Wanted the iPhone user interface. Anyhow, I managed to download iPhone user interface and I think it's cool. Pictures will tell everything.

Quite a lot of time spent on setting up the menu to my preference, looking for the appropriate program to run and linking to the icon but the end result is satisfying.

Your theme looks nice. Definitely better than the Default Theme. WM6.0 theme sucks!
My theme is so versatile. I change it regularly. It now:-

I'm a new WM user and I'm glad I chose this phone. Initially, I was choosing between Viewty and this and when I've decided on this, I kinda regret as the original WM interface as you said, sucks. But now that I know I can do unlimited customization on it, I'm beginning to like this.

I also installed YouTubePlay program. Kinda cool as the original WMPlayer can't play You Tube videos.
