eddie2020 no need to transact to verify. MPlus / Rakuten has to charge you Malaysian Stamp Duty also. you want to avoid, use Moomoo SG (malaysians cannot open this now) or IBKR

Go to "'me" page, click on "online inquiry", then type "agent" and wait a while. Someone will assist u after that. Attach the transfer receipt there for them to check for you.

Ahhh, thanks for the suggestion.
After I refer to few pages back , saw a link and login via webpage

From there , I can saw the claim button for me to redeem the stock

Once I clicked that , system instantly register my share.

Then I checked my phone, it show redeemed and count down started
