The picture you took is for the solo welcome reward

Try to go back to the Team event link, and you should see your profile there + your buddy
Or just confirm with customer service.

I notice that the $50 cash voucher have countdown, but the Apple share no countdown. It should be like that right?

Sorry, mine still doesn't show countdown for apple share. I click on unfreeze, and it just goes into Stock Rewards page, with no countdown.
Does yours have?

Customer Service not really confident with their answer and just mention not to worry and maintain 30 days ~
Bro.. if after 30 days still cant unlock because i did something wrong, then i would have wasted all that time haha ..

I received the Apple Share on 3/3, i need to hold for 30 days (until April 3rd or 4th) to unlock, yet the validity period is until April 2nd?

Yup correct, group campaign. But should still show timer mah. Already escalate to Customer service.
